When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, the details you enter (your name, email address, the date or occasion, session type, and any message) open your own email application with a message addressed to us. This information is sent directly from your device to our email inbox; it is not stored in a database on this website.
If you email or phone us directly, we hold your contact details and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book a session, for the duration of our working relationship and any legal retention period afterwards.
